SAMARITANS

Samaritans operate a free, anonymous helpline 24/7 for anyone struggling, for any reason. If you are feeling overwhelmed or distressed, please do not hesitate to contact them on 116 123.

THE MIX

The MIX provide essential support to anyone under the age of 25. This includes the Crisis text line and telephone helpline. They also offer free telephone counselling sessions. Their online community provide peer support and guidance on a range of issues including, creating a community of support for young people.
